[ SOLVED ] iPhone 3G Problem !

hiyah all i have a Iphone 3G from a friend , i unlocked it on version 2.2(5G77)
I even tried Yellowsnow ( photo ) but i will not work ?!!

Everything worked fine …

Yellowsnow will not work Any1 got another idea , apps 2 unlock , …

Its working… you would get “No Signal” if it didnt work

check your modem firmware…. yellowsn0w only work for modem firmware 2.28… if you got 2.3.03 …. it won’t work…. need turbosim… we are still waiting for dev team to have the new breaking code for modem firmware 2.3.03

As you have updated to 2.2.1, you have updated the modem firmware to 02.30.30. Yell0wsnow is unable to unlock your iPhone for use with any sim with this firmware.
But, if the phone was made before September (I think it is), then you can downgrade the baseband back to 02.28.20. If your phone use bootload 5.8 you can downgrade, if you have 5.9, there is currently no unlock.
If you are lucky enough to have bootloader 5.8 then you can download ‘3G Fuzzyband Downgrader’ via Cydia. It will downgrade your baseband back to 02.28.20, so you can use Yell0wsnow.

Already a step ahead , in 1 week a new Big update of RebelSim is comming out , will test this becaus my baseband is 02.30 en i have Bootloader 5.9

Have you tried Gevey-3G plus 2? It pretty good and much better than rebel sim IMO

You can downgrade from 2.30.0 to 2.28.0 again using an app called fuzzyband in Cydia.
