Iphone 4 problem

hi, i have just brought a iphone 4 off a friend. its all working perfect. good as new.
but i have a problem..the appworld..i sign in to my account and it goes well..
but i update things? or download things? and it prompts me for the previous owners password instead of mine? :S:S
i have activated it to my pc..
and still same problem

u must be talking about downloading app from appstore u can just logout by going to
Settings> > Store>
tap on apple ID; and logout..
then try to update or download an app again and login using ur account
ps, next time picture would help alot,…or just be specific

There is no such a thing on iPhone…
Maybe APPSTORE?!
