whether my i.p will be trace out

i m using hotspot shield, i want 2 ask u that, suppose i change my i.p using hotspot shield then after changing my i.p
1. i send one email to my friend whether he can trace my real i.p or not
2. i send anonymous sms to my friend using another friend’s number, in this case whether my real i.p will be trace out????
3. whether they can reach me through company who is internet service provider to me or not???

There is always a way to trace an IP address proxied or not, it depends on how well you are actually proxied. Not having tested hotspot sheild, I wouldn’t know. But I would recommend using Tor Browser for extra anonymity.
