iPhone Winterboard problem

I have downloaded some themes from Cydia and installed them via Winterboard, when i SSH into my iPhone to add more icons into a theme, i cannot find the theme in /<root>/Library/Themes.
When i try to add a file, it says no such directory. What am i doing wrong?

Install afc2add, restart iPhone, then try again!
