Xbox 360 Kinect update

Has anyone with flashed xbox 360 updated to the new dashboard yet? if so then are you able to play new wave 7 games? like fable 3, rockband and force unleashed 2?

You will NEVER get a good answer to this….
EVERYONE has their own opinions on this subject, and trying to argue with them is just a no win situation…. The way I currently read it is…..
I have a flashed xbox with a spoofed drive, I updated today to the new dash, but haven’t played any of the newer games because I’m still playing older games.
I am most likely flagged for a ban, do I care??? not really… I don’t play much online now anyway.
Newer games – (cant tell you the titles because this information is still unconfirmed from what I understand) newer games, have new checks implemented within them, that supposedly detect modified consoles. SSV3 & AP2.5
C4eva is working on new firmware (LT+) …. release date – OBVIOUSLY UNKNOWN, it’s ALWAYS unknown.
So… going back to your question, yes I have undated to the new dash on my flashed console… am I able to play wave 7 games? …. don’t know, I haven’t tried.

To keep it short :
Will updating to new dashboard get me banned = NO
Will playing an AP 2.5 game on the OLD dashboard get me banned = NO
Will playing an AP 2.5 game on the NEW dashboard get me banned = YES
As far I know fable 3 is AP2.5

The only Wave 7 game is Hasbro Family Game Night 3.
That said, the only game that is confirmed to have AP2.5 is Fable III (and FIFA 09 got an OTA update for it as well). I’m guessing that the new COD game probably also has it.

If you’ve already tried to boot a game with AP2.5 on the new Kinect dashboard, then no, it doesn’t matter what you do, you’re already flagged.

Microsoft cannot banned a console that is not flashed even if they know that the person is playing games on a flashed banned xbox 360. It is against their terms and conditions to do this.

The Store where i got my mates and my own xbox flashed recently told me that this patch reads the stealth check on either the games or the drive, i forget which he said.
I personally would reccomend staying off XBL with the newer, WAVE 7 games untill a new stealth patch is released
