Use 64-Bit OS since you will have 8GB RAM

That’s not just a recommendation, that’s a must.
Otherwise, you will not be able to use the bigger part of your RAM!
Also: Are you confident your motherboard supports that amount of RAM?

oka thx a lot….can u post the differences?
Answer #4
64 bit..or it will be a waste of 8 GB memory as 32 bit will only use under 4 GB..
(most of my programs work on 32bit version)
If they run on 32 bit there is no reason why they won’t run on 64 bit..
Answer #5
you would just be wasting a lot of our RAM if u go 4 32-bit version

many of the don’t run on 64bit ( i used to have 64bit edition that’s why i know )
so…32bit uses a maximum of 4gb ram while 64bit uses 8gb?

As I already said. You wouldn’t be able to use more than half of your 8 GiBs of RAM.
Have you checked your motherboard will support 8GiB of RAM?

These days, that virtually only applies to drivers. Almost all other software runs flawlessly on a 64bit OS.

No, the limit on x64 is higher, but it’s none of your concern really, you should worry about your motherboard imposing the lilmits, not the OS.
