here is the question...do i need special drivers for windows 7..? i have notebook so i don't know...please answer...
most drivers come with windows update
can i do it without update?

i don’t understand…i have drivers for windows xp professional…i went to the official site of my laptop manufacturer i there aren’t drivers for windows 7…i don’t want to do it with update…what to do..?
During installation of Win7 it should recognize most of the drivers automatically, though there’s no guarantee that all drivers will be detected automatically.
i installed windows 7 on my laptop updates takes good care of the drivers very smooth no extra programs (as the ones u get from maufacturer ) ….
Motherboards are made for certain OS, some boards do not have drivers for vista so they can only run xp
but win 7 has a lot of crap drivers that might allow it to work, you might not be running at what the system should be, but it might work.
If you go to the MFG site of the laptop and there are no drivers for win 7 this means is should not run win 7,but like I said you could get lucky
and your chipset and graph drivers, that come with 7 might run it.
