you must install the version that has the feature preconfigured/activated/installed. I installed with Windows 8.1 AIO 20in1 x64 en-US Pre-Activated DaRT 8.1 Jan2014 which has a media center edition, and some with both mp and mc, so you have to select one that comes with them. there is absolutely no way, besides paying, to activate or install afterwards. none that I have found. it doesn’t have the install button, as indicated in the help files, active, it is completely missing. I suggest you google the various versions and decide up front which serves your needs best. then decide preactivated or your own activator after install.
