Windows XP SP3 Image windows quality is not good bad qualaty

Windows XP SP3 Image windows quality is not good bad quality like I have no idea, my pc has something weird… I swear.
I formatted, deleted partition, I did everything possible, I can’t install windows XP, windows vista or windows 7 or any other operating system. I need urgent help, I don’t feel paying 140$ to these best buy guys -.-”

Anyways the problems are the following:
1. Windows quality so far SUX (it looks like its low quality “yack”)!!! Like the pixel is not good looking, I don’t know what exactly to says to be able to submit this error (problem)
2. I can’t install correctly, few errors come up and I need to skip…
WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO, anyone faced this situation before. It been 24 days the problem had been in-bounding me.

Make sure the checksum of the ISO you are downloading matches an MSDN copy. Also, make sure your video card is seated correctly.

you did install your video card drivers after installing, right?
