Where to start with learning how to build a website?

I’m opening a small computer repair business and I want to learn to make a website.
The website I’m going to be making is something similar to
http://www.darn-computer.com
http://geekhelp4u.com/gh4u
So what software should I use to create a website and was programming language should I learn?

I’d suggest that you start learning HTML and after that CSS.
On http://www.w3schools.com/ you can find all the tutorials that you need.
After you learned those 2 languages there are plenty of ways for you to go.
For example Flash, ASP, Ajax, etc
