Using Cracked Windows Software on Ubuntu with Wine

Hey guys, I have been toying with the installation of Linux for months now and a few days ago when Windows could not start-up I reached my boiling point. So today I installed Ubuntu.
My first question is can I use wine to use cracked Windows applications?
