Ubuntu/Mac ?

Hi
currently I have Windows 7 (on my laptop), and I want to change it to something faster, lighter.
the thing is my laptop only has 128 GB HD only, and I’m not sure how big are those OS I mentioned up, as of now, Windows 7 is taking 35 GB including updates of my HD.
so… Ubuntu/Mac ??

Mac go for it Mac lion takes bout 5 Gb,( without software’s installed) and Ubuntu takes 10GB of Space Conclusion

I have this program that requires Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) or greater, will it work on MAC Lion OSX ??

You need to check your laptops components are compatible with Mac. You may have issues with ethernet and wifi drivers for it.
You can always use a bigger HDD, or a hybrid drive if you can’t afford a decent size SSD.

Use IATKOS ML2 it has fixes of mostly wifi and ethernet drivers don’t forget to check Hardware Compatibility section. ( Just in case)
