Someone help! My Internet download speed is ….

I had internet from Telfort and the speed was 4 mb/s and I downloaded at 450 kB/s from Megaupload and most of the sites.
Now I have a new provider (Alice) and this speed is 20 mb/s but now I download 100/150 kB/s from Megaupload.
But when I test my download speed on this site: http://www.mybroadbandspeed.co.uk/
It says : Download Speed 6631 kbps (829kB/s)
So I have to download at least 500 kB/s and even with megaupload.
I don’t have a premium account on megaupload, and I know that my speed is limited, but my friend has this provider to and he downloads from megaupload till 1 mb/s. He doesn’t have a premium account either. And by the way, I don’t have a wireless router but cabled, next week I’m going to buy a wireless router. But it has to be faster with cabled right?
So why do I download not fast?
Can you guys please tell me what to do or to change things on my pc so I can download faster, and specially faster with megaupload.
