Internet Usage Monitor and Internet Speed Filtering

I need 2 apps guys. 1. An app which divides the internet in 2 PCs. Example, if I have a 10MBPs internet, i use this program to assign 7MBPs to Mac Address —– (when online) and the rest to MAC address —. Any1 got for that 2. Also, I need an App which tells me how much internet was used for a certain PC and its MAC address and the time. Got any apps?

Your best bet is to find an old computer and run a small distro like pfSense or Endian on it. It will do what you need + more.

Sure if you got a computer to spare. Those are not software you install in Windows. They are Linux/BSD distros and obviously you wont be using the PC for any regular work after you install them

there are routers that does both task.
