Use CS3 to resize the image, by using the CROP tool.

there arnt set dimesions for every single picture, also croping the picture will remove stuff from it, if you want to keep the whole picture go to image > image size. and change the size of the picture to what you want in there

You can also resize things using windows xp, here is a simple guide:
