Picture Resize and Size

Any one knows how to do this:
# Max Size: 5KB
# Type: .jpg only
# Photo Dimensions: 130 x 130 pixels
Its for Soccer Manager (online game)
I can do it but the size is about 20 KB…

Save picture in lower quality.

If you are using photoshop, you can save it for a web there.

On photoshop,
click File->Save for Web:
On the settings choose JPG and Lower the quality till you get the desired file size (look bottom left on that window and you will have a preview of the size)

Here you go. Didn’t compress that much with image compressor but tried Photo Shop as suggested above and is under 5 kb. His face is abit blurry now but hey =P

Just use Irfanview and select the compression level when you re-save it until it is within size.
