How to fit whole picture in profile pic size?

Hi guys,
I have next problem:
I want to fit a whole photo in the profile pic rectangle but it just don’t work. I tried with to click next to the profile pic and “edit” and then “fit whole size”.. but still it cuts out a piece of the photo. Then i tried with the make the pic smaller 450×450 but still it cuts a piece out. What is the problem you think?

What app??? I just want to do on the pc man not on iphone or something else..

Hey man.. in case you didn’t knew.. i have already photoshop and already resized it with it but still facebook cuts out a piece when i set it as my profile pic and even choose the option “fit”.

Ok man you can resize an image there but like i said before.. still it don’t fit COMPLETE in my facebook profile pic box. Even when i choose ‘scale’… still it cuts a piece out.

Maybe it needs to be cropped cuz the shape is wrong
