Pes 2012 xbox360 didnt work on LT+ unreadable disc error

i’ve updated my xbox360 with the latest dashboard, it unabled me to play backups games for times,but i’ve reflashed my xbox and everythings came back to normal , only ap2.5 games didnt work again even if i had LT+.
now,ive downloaded pes2012 and it says when i hit on “play game” unreadable disc error and it takes me back to the dashboard again .
Anyone could help me please? is there a wave patcher for wave 13 ? any solution? HELP

put disc in pc run it thru ABGX changing it to burnt disc and check if there was a problem when burning, this is most likely what the problem is.
and ap2.5 games wont work because u need 2 reburn them, the update added new ap2.5 checks so run the iso thru abgx to update it then burn it again.

Actually when i run fifa 12 and pes 12 on abgx i have this error in the end after the stealth patch :

it wont verify as there is no rip of the game in the database yet and u didnt run the disc thru abgx u ran the iso

it should be
ISO [name of your drive] [D,E….: Drive]
on abgx right at the top change it from files to burned dvd and put the disc in your pc and run it.
this shows when a games gets added to the abgx db
