Parallels desktop stopped working all the sudden?

Idk what happened. All the sudden parallels is having problem with serial. I’m on mac snow leopard the latest version. When ever I open it, it says “your copy of parallels is not activated” If i click activate it now and put in serial it says “Your activation key has been disabled due to security reasons: Someone might have attempted to use the same activation key”
I dont want to lose all the windows stuff I have. Is there any Solution to this? If I updated to 7 will i lose everything that I have on it now?
I’m on version 6 build 6.0.1.12090 revision 660720 may 26 2011

This is due to the HWID changing after the license was activated. Please open a standard support ticket with our support staff, using the subject “Licensing Question”, so that we may associate the new HWID with your license.
