ONLINE [put several movie formats here] to .FLV

That’s it, I’m working in a site that’s growing damn fast, we created it yesterday, there’s 100 uploaded images, 300 texts and, so far 0 videos. And that’s the problem. We need to make the video working ASAP and we think the best option is use a system just like Youtube, play in FLV. Easier than having several plugins and other things on the user-side ( It’s a ‘super simple-to-post’ site, no registration needed, just post there, but it must be accepted by administration )
SO we decided to convert all uploaded videos to FLV, but we don’t know how to make the server do it automatically ( the server is remote, not in the place where we work, since our internet isnt fast enough to supply too many clients at the same time ). I only found the reversal of what we want, a FLV to Several movie formats….. lul
FLV Player we managed to make, at least the interface, still in progress, but there’s no reason to have a fully working player without any movie to play on it.
So, do you guys know how to make a online converter to FLV or know any Online [Movie Formats] to .FLV?

If you have a VPS or a dedicated server on Windows/CentOS you can use remote desktop…
Or you can hire a freelancer to code it for you

But isnt a small size of videos, but thousands!! We’re not accepting videos but we’re monitoring the clicks, 122 clicks so far in one day, no way we can make it manually. We need some kind of automatic program to convert it, just like YouTube does.
Simplifying it, How does YouTube convert several video archives to his FLV? Or how do it play in his Flash Player?

They probably have a few hundred dedicated servers to do it And its probably a script that a coder made…
