how can u download these file formats through IDM? plz help

avi.001 or .001 are just like rar or zip files. But they are archived or compresed by HJSplit, which you can find here.
http://www.freebyte.com/hjsplit/ Simply download all the files you want, and using HJSplit “join” them.
HJSplit will have readme file how to use it.
Download WinRAR. After you have downloaded them using IDM, find them on your PC, right click them and click Extract Here.
or 7zip… it will do the job too and is freeware ^^
