Need Some Help with Job Questions

Ok i may have a telephone interview soon or a face to face interview im thinking of the questions they may ask me its for virgin media installing broadband etc
1. What do you think you could bring to this company
Answer – I feel i could bring a positive attitude to the company and make a good impression towards the customers and respect there homes when entering and leaving.
2. What motivates you
Answer: i like to plan my day the night before if i know what my tasks are for the following day
is there anything else i could add to give me a better chance as this is the job i want

I feel that your answers don’t reflect the questions.
If I were the interviewer I’d be making notes along the lines of “may not understand requests or questions given them”
I’m not picking on you or questioning your intelligence, it’s just an observation.
Your first answer is the most relevant, but still smacks of a rote answer – everyone should bring a positive attitude and make a good impression, everyone should respect a customers home..
If I were interviewing, I’d be thinking more along the lines of “what makes this person special, over the other 400 I’ve seen” – you answer what YOU could bring in, not the rote answer everyone else is giving (You’ll have a lot better chance if you stand out, just a little bit).
Your second answer doesn’t answer the question – how does planning the night before motivate you?
You could answer – “I feel motivated by the chance of helping someone I don’t even know get over a problem they may be having” “I get motivated by the feelings of having done a good and reliable job. I like to leave a customers house knowing I ahve done a good job for them, and for the company”.
