got another power supply to try ?
any beeps from the mobo ?
try disconnecting everything from the mobo except CPU & ram & video card
still don’t work then it may be a mobo problem
check it for bad capacitors with a split top
Answer #6
when u hear a beep than its a hardware fail. if u dont hear a beep than it could be 2 things:
1. u forgot to input the power supply cable for the graphic card into the mainbord- looks like this

Answer #8
graphics are they on board or pci card?
try reseating the graphics card (and power plug if so equipped)
if there is no change then try another graphics card
Answer #9
if u have Graphics Card Then remove it and try with internal MB graphics.
Check CMOS Battery was charged or discharged.
Try with Another SMPS.
if not works again, then Last try Re assemble full CPU.
Answer #10
If all the cables are connected, and you have reseated the cpu with fresh thermal paste, then it’s more than likely the mobo has gone.
