Mobile – Organize contact from PC

Hello
Im wondering if theres a way to organize my mobile contacts on the pc to clean my cellphone and move them back.
I have a chaos on my mobile and to organize all my contacts on it take too long, i tried to do it using the import/export option on gmail but some contacts shows like QQQQQQQQQQQ and has no info there.
So i wanna know if theres a program for the pc where i could watch all my contacts so i can edit them.

What phone you got? My s4 have an option to export contact as a file to an sd card or to the phone itself.
I just drag it to my desktop then drag it back to the phone and load it up.
Mine save as Contact.vcf
There are some program I used before that work but atm I cant think of it on top of my head. Sorry on that.

Try Wondershare MobileGo that will save contacts as .vcf files that you can view.
