How to contact Google?

I was wondering if there’s any link where you could send a support ticket or become a part of Google’s Consumer Survey program or anything like that. I’m aware of Google Products forums, however I’d like to send them a couple of suggestions about Google X researches and one question, so I’d like to know they’ll respond, and not post it on the forums and simply hope they’ll notice it. There doesn’t seem to be any way to contact them, I once wanted to but was unable to find any real contact info, especially email.

Google the contact info for your Country (or nearest offices).
eg. here in London it is Belgrave House 76 Buckingham Palace Rd, London, Greater London SW1W 9TQ
