Mental Ray: some questions

1. can i do camera animation with mental ray?
2. does Archvision RPC supports mental ray?
3. What is the main diffrence between vray and mental ray. I know mental ray but don’t know vray. Is it essential to know vray to do professional works?

vray is more profesional… and finalrender is very cool plugins for render,..
