HTC Windows 7

I downloaded Windows Mobile Device Center to my PC but I couldn’t install it. It said “5 seconds remaining”, when its install finished, it rewinded and then the installation screen closed. How can i solve this problem. Or is there an other program to connect HTC to PC.
Note: My OS is Windows 7

im using 7100 ay it work fine

i installed a different version of W7 and it worked thx.
