Google searches Espana

I got 02 BB today and reformatted my as it needed a clean
When I connected to the net it searched google Espana; I called 02 and the tech guy said this happens with copied windows, Natuarly I told him I bought my pc on ebay wasn’t sure about legitemacy of the product He said it is related to the windows key
Anywho I downloaded a key changer and have changed several times but still no joy.
If any1 has an suggestions I would be most greatful (as long as there not sarcastic)

O2 broadband needed a reformat of your HDD? that is shocking.
Anyhoo, i dont quite get whats wrong, but if you mean google is returning hits from Spain (spanish/.es), check your google preferences (under advanced search) – you should be able to set your default google location there.
also, if this is via google toolbar, you can definitely select the search country you want: click the small down arrow right of the “serach” button on the toolbar, select manage, click features tab, then “search box” settings – select your default google location.
