Android App to prevent lost & stolen phones

To prevent theft and losing my phone, do you know of any app for android (must support 2.3.4 version) that once installed on the phone will do the following on command:
It monitors all the sms received, and if a special sms is sent to the mobile (for example: “don’t forget to buy the milk”) it deletes the sms to avoid leaving a trace then it automatically goes in a special stealth mode allowing these actions to be taken:
*locate (by sending back GPS coordinates by wifi or sms)
*lock screen with a specified password
*sends back battery level
*erase all data on the SD card
*display a warning message
*spy on the thieve (like log all the numbers he called or sent an sms to, or website he visited and the username he used)
*recorde 1 min of all calls made and upload it on the internet before deleting it from the phone to save space
*take screenshots every 3 sec and send it by e-mail
It would be AWESOME !!
EDIT: it must be able to use smartly the battery, there are a lot of apps that consume too much power and make the phone die in 2 days.

I really liked to app, great features – like deleting SD card, make your phone makes really loud alarm noise etc.
But then again I own a Galaxy S2 and as far as I know you can ALWAYS get into recovery mode and simply wipe the phone and is like “new” so I personally decided against it after using it for few weeks..
