Windows 7 Ultimate 32/64bit?

Hey guys, i have 2gb ram with windows xp 32bit and in a couple of days i’ll add +6 gb so i’ll have a totall of 8gb. So after i get 8 gb i’ll format my pc…and i am thinking whether i should choose win7 32bit or 64bit…i don’t know any differences so i want u , experts of warez , which one i should choose and why…if u can plz post pros and cons of both versions and answer the poll question..thx (most of my programs work on 32bit version)
PS : post differences between 32/64/86 LOL…so far i understood that
32/86 = 32bit
64 = 64 bit

That’s not just a recommendation, that’s a must.
Otherwise, you will not be able to use the bigger part of your RAM!
Also: Are you confident your motherboard supports that amount of RAM?

64 bit..or it will be a waste of 8 GB memory as 32 bit will only use under 4 GB..
(most of my programs work on 32bit version)
If they run on 32 bit there is no reason why they won’t run on 64 bit..

As I already said. You wouldn’t be able to use more than half of your 8 GiBs of RAM.

These days, that virtually only applies to drivers. Almost all other software runs flawlessly on a 64bit OS.

No, the limit on x64 is higher, but it’s none of your concern really, you should worry about your motherboard imposing the lilmits, not the OS.

no i’ll go probably today to ask to my local pc store about this cuz my main target is 8gb secondary 6gb and lastly 4gb
