Using original product key to pirated software.

i have tried so many times downloading the original software of windows Xp but dont know why after 97% download stops. but i have the original key of that software.
so now, can i use that key to another XP software though it is a pirated copy of windows XP????

You need also to know if XP Home or Pro…Service pack don’t matter…Retail or OEM key..

Yes
Because Service Pack is literally a bunch of updates. Microsoft releases them to solve current issues. Its the one of the few things they do for free.
Also id recommend upgrading to a newer OS as XP is no longer supported by microsoft. But hey if it works and it suits then go ahead.
It will work, and then nothing is pirated, it’s all up to the key, if you have a real key, then you have real XP licence. The CD is just a CD, no difference if it’s “pirated” if it’s untouched ISO.

listen, there is a .exe file of 424KB which downloads the main software. and i think after completion that main file will be unpacked and then installation.

A untouched ISO is a ISO file which is directly copied from the original disc. No files are added or modified or removed. You can find it in WBB’s Apps Forum by searching.

you can grab the updated windows xp ISO with september updates integrated into them already from my sig. there is a tool released by Microsoft allowing you to change your product key (since that one is already integrated.)
Use a volume license key (VLK). No need for activation.

2. which one is retail license??

There is no easy way to tell which key is what..

Lol fake. Lionden is a well known members and mod for several years offered his help to find what version the key is and you think he is gonna scam you? I know internet is hard to trust but there are still some people who are nice and want to help. One of them is Lionden and i can confirm that in many ways. Anw you can download and install vmware and try it on your own if you don’t trust Lionden but stop saying nonsense.
