Does a original game works on a pirated windows 7?

Hello everybody, so I have a pirated windows 7 and it’s working perfectly, so I’m planning to buy an original game on it which costs money, however, I’m wondering if it will work or not.
Help is appreciated.

Yes, you will have to buy that game to play it online. I have it on Origin and back when I used to play it was on a pirated Windows 7..
