Answer #7
Definitely possible to get sued.
I think it’s more likely that your cracked serial/key would get blacklisted if the AV company noticed, rather than them bothering to sue you.
Mind you, why are using a paid, cracked av program?
There are more than enough viable alternatives out there, for free.
Answer #8
As long as it’s against the law you can get sued for it.

If you live in Sweden, then nothing to worry about.
but isn’t the definition of “copyright infringement” supposed to be stealing ones ideas then redistributing the idea out as if it’s your very own for profit gains. Not downloading a COPY of something for personal use only? (I call it, ‘try before you buy’ kinda thing)
Answer #10
Shouldn’t be much of a problem. Here in Mogadishu, they don’t bat an eye.
So, can you tell me how you got in trouble for mp3s?

You are probably top of their “watch list” lol.
I presume you were caught using some form of p2p.
Just use http filehosts and you will be OK.
I must have millions of pounds worth of pirated software in my house – but I don’t sell them on, so I doubt I will ever get prosecuted.
One of my small companies, every single app on the puters is pirated
Answer #12
use http filehosts.. rip the audio off of youtube videos, use grooveshark and grooveshredder, things like that.
or simply stream record it using stereo mix or “What U Hear”, then crop what you want..
try avoiding frostwire, torrents… i do recall reading an article about one person getting sued for $2mil from the RIAA all because that person downloaded $2.00 worth of songs you can get on iTunes.. like really? that’s like suing someone for that amount for stealing a 16oz soft drink from a random fast food restaurant

My anti-virus/ Firewall is Comodo (freeware version) but if looking for warez is your thing then the Binary Newsgroups is also a good source!
