Xbox360 Drive Fails to Be Detected

Im tryin to read the key of a BenQ drive in my 360. Now Im running Windows 7 x64.. Now Ive tried everything to get even Windows to detect the drive, but nothing. Maybe something in BIOS can change that, but am unsure.

Does the drive appear in your BIOS?

Yes mate. It knows its there. But when Windows boots up, windows doesnt detect it neither does jungle flasher.

Are you using a VIA card or motherboard SATA?
Have you tried all the I/O ports in JF?
Is the disk appearing in disk management in Windows? (Start > run > diskmgmt.msc)

Motherboard SATA were my PC DVD drive is used, I checked all I/O ports and it says drive not detected even under SATA slave, SATA master it gets my HDD, just not my Benq drive.
My VIA Card doesnt even get detected.
