my c drive fails to open

on right click it shiw some chinese language and doesnt opens

Go to Start, Click Run and type “C:” without quotes and Press Enter. The drive will open

some 1 help its very urgent. when i left click the the folder doesnt opens and when i right click the open and explore menu is replaced by symblolic lang help
i mean c drive by folder

maybe it has virus…try scanning it with your antivirus…or if you want reformat your drive…
