SubSync fails to open

Hi, I’m having troubles with my SubSync. I used it frequently until someday it crashed and I removed it (using control panel)But now (couple of months later), I reinstalled it and the prog is giving an error when I open it.
I tried removing it again, then reinstalling.. even tried another program
but it’s no use.. I keep getting this error:
