windows store apps

Where or how do we download windows store apps that are paid for free? I just bought a Microsoft surface pro 3 and I want to download this specific app however it’s no where to be found in wares bb. Is there a windows store hack or any sort? Thanks guys

It might be easier to just list what app you are looking for, instead of finding a much more shady way of obtaining what you want

The app seems to be too little known to be found online… For other solutions with different programs, Surface 3 can run desktop app so you can use Nitro reader, Foxit reader, etc. etc.
