can i get Windows store paid games,free?

I bought a Lenovo miix 2 8 like a month ago and its great and all, but i cant find a way to play (or a place to download) windows store paid games for free ,like lets say GTA:SA which doesn’t provide a trial as well.
Anyone can help?

Use the search button on the forums, seek “GTA San Andreas” – then find your Windows version, be sure to download x64 or x82 which is compatible with your system. Please seek your computer information from the control pa in windows.

People say that the phone version wont work on PC .
