Windows 7 update backup out of current system

Is there a way I can backup my win7 updates with a program? And maybe vaio updates?

Thanks, I am doing win backup now. Already have Acronis Image, I am not sure if it will work tho. Had some troube with it earlier. When I have better connection next days I might download the updates seperately.
Windows Update Downloader might work.
