This is epic quote my friend ^
I have heard people say and confirm that you need to avoid updates, but I have had windows 7 installed sicne 2009, always installed updates, and windows loader has never failed me. I am still fully activated receiving all updates.

KB940510 is/was one (btw all update numbers begin with K)
and I avoid all updates, think they are mostly useless and just muck up your system
a fix coming from from the same people that sent it out broke sounds foolish to me, who says the update ain’t as broke as the original

follow these steps:
Step 1: Windows Loader v2.1 x86/x64
http://www.datafilehost.com/get.php?file=5b457cda
Step 2: Validate Windows (Use Internet Explorer)
http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate/
and you don’t need to avoid the updates

If you used a different activator than the Windows loader2.1 by Daz,
then run WatFix first and reboot..

If you use Windows Loader by DAZ, you can keep your system always updated with no problems, don’t worry.
