Will this graphics card work in my board

September 26th, 2013

I am not so much of a techy so please bear with me. I have a ASUS P5L-MX with 4gb Crucial ddr2 ram and a core 2 at 3.2 ghz I recently inherited a Radeon HD 4850 1gb from a friend and am wondering if it will work. I have a 475watt PSU only one hard drive no opticals or any extras otehr than two case fans. Please let me know thanks. Oh and windows 7 pro 64 bit.

Yea, will work fine. Your going to need 1×6-pin PCIe power connector. You can get a 2x4molex to 6-pin adapter if your PSU does not have one.
