Best agp graphics card

Hello Brothers (and Sisters) I am wondering what the best graphics card for win xp AGP Slot, for no more than 150… I am open to all suggestions i have looked and looked online for reviews etc and i think i have an idea but not sure…. pleaaase help meee!!

agp..try atihd 2600 ore 2900xt…but agp dont support hdmi better go swap new mobo whit pci-e..more choice.

thanks yeah i read bout the 2600 and it got horrible reviews, trying to avoid buying a new mobo cause then i have to buy new ram, etc etc…. i will check out the 2900xt thanks, i am not too concerned w hdmi, just need a good card to play current games… thanks a bunch!

You said your budget was 150, but 150 what? Dollars, pounds, euros, yen, lira? Could mean anything really!

for gaming the 7600 gt is better than gs

My brother’s 8600GT can. So, the 7600GT will run it too (but without dx10).

the radeon x1950s are now discontinued… anyone have any advice to what i should get? again windows xp 478 socket mobo agp x 8 slot, 2gb ram….

yes get yourselve an ati 38xx series agp card they should be coming soon. use google for some more info the 38xx series from ati give very good performance so if those are avaible chose 1 of those
