Why does my laptop have vertical lines on its screen?

there are lines thru out the screen , and some in different color and width

My old computer has blue lines horizontally accross the screen, varying widths. I think it’s the actual screen, you should change it, or it the laptop is old, you should get a new one.

Is thier any other solutions then buying a new screen

You can always try updating your video driver. Did you install/uninstall anything recently that may have messed up your computer? If you have, try system restore.
