Where is System Restore file location in windows 7?

I got some trouble with my computer.. and I’m not able to open start menu.. Though however, I can explore my computer through task manager.. So I want to know how to open System restore through my computer?
I’m using Windows 7 x64 Ultimate.

Open My Computer, access the control panel by entering “Control Panel” into the address bar.
Goto System and Security->Action Center->Restore your computer to an Earlier time
From there open the System restore wizard

need only create a new folder on your desktop and then rename the folder to the following: GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
Once that is done, the folder’s icon will change to resemble a control panel and will contain dozens of control options.
System restore will be there.

you can change the �GodMode� text, but the following period and code number are essential
