If Checkdisk didn’t the job then you need to use a bad sector repair software..

This is not a problem. This is actually a fix.
The problem is your hard drive corrupted: it can be a hardware damage or not.
Let chkdsk run: it won’t make the situation worse but it can only improve. If you can boot the system, check the SMART values of the hard drive. You can use a program like speedfan etc. etc.
