Whats the best app to download flash streaming videos?

hey folks,
just wondering if you have any recommendations for apps/extensions to download videos off flash video sites?
not youtube, dailymotion etc. but other sites.

I Use not an extension,
but Internet Download Manager
It has a nifty addon which can download em from mostly all sites.
