how to download streaming videos with .cfm extension links?

I am trying to download .cfm linked streaming video and couldnt managed with any kind of youtube downloader or so by copy pasting browser links :S, is there a way to succeed in that?

may be your best bet would be to use a program to capture video.
just do a search video capture software.
