What days this week does UPS Ship?

Hey!
I ordered a new powersupply + 22 inch LCD for my computer, i want them asap, its on 2 day shipping, i bought it yesterday.
Will i get it this week? Or will thanksgiving delay the shipping? I ordered from newegg.com
