Paypal does not allow your country of residence to ship.

Well, I’m was buying some goodies and while checking out via Paypal, I’m getting this error
“Paypal does not allow your country of residence to ship to the country you wish to”.
My Paypal is registered and Verified in Sweden location.
But I want to ship to different country.
Any help will be appreciated.

Can you just add a different shipping address to your Paypal account ? (and/or E-bay a/c)
Some sellers will not send to shipping addresses that are not verified.
