Website Problem (somthing called presta theme)

first : im new to using template used to do it with Frontpage
second : i have a template called
PrestaShop – Black Computer Store – RETAIL
and when i open the index i get this
This is a Technical file included in your template package for security Reasons.
Please Refer to Technical Documentation for the correct path to your template index file.
i relly need to edit and stuff but i can’t even view it so any instruction
